Short version: no cookies of our own, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. If you send us a message, we use it only to reply and to do the work you ask for.

What we collect

• The form: your name, your email, and if you add them, your business name and phone number, plus what you need help with and your message.
• Emails and calls: what you tell us.

How we use it

• To reply, set up your call, and scope and do the work you ask for.
• We never sell or share your details, and we never add you to a mailing list.
• Files you share for a job are used only for that job.

Services that handle it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the form. Like any web host it handles your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
• Resend (an email delivery service) passes your form message to our inbox.
• Zoho Mail holds our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the pixel heading font, so your browser asks Google for it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep messages while we talk or work together, and for our business records after that. Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will, unless the law needs us to keep a record (for example, an invoice). Email tim@offtheclocksoftware.com
